PresenceWise collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the website, and support client relationships.

Information you provide
If you contact PresenceWise by email or through the website inquiry form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, company, project type, and anything you choose to include in your message. That information is used to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and provide requested services.
Inquiry delivery
Website form submissions are delivered to PresenceWise through an email delivery provider. The information in your submission is processed only as needed to transmit and receive the inquiry and is subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Optional website analytics
When enabled on our production website, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose to accept optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the website or the inquiry form. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics off. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. A changed choice applies to future collection; it does not delete information already received by Google.
With consent, we measure known public pages viewed, successful inquiry submissions accepted by our email provider, and clicks on our public contact email link. An email click does not mean an inquiry was sent. We do not send form names, email addresses, company names, message text, query strings, URL fragments, or referral URLs in our analytics events. We do not enable Google Ads, advertising personalization, remarketing, or Google signals.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to recognize visits and may receive technical data such as your IP address in transit, device/browser information, approximate location, and pseudonymous identifiers. This is optional analytics, not anonymous browsing. Google processes data on its infrastructure, potentially outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy.
Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Declining after accepting stops future measurement, clears accessible analytics cookies, and reloads the page to unload the Google tag. Browser storage restrictions or clearing site data may cause us to ask again. Essential hosting/security logs and information you choose to submit through the contact form are separate from optional analytics.
Payments
Client payments are handled through Stripe-hosted payment experiences. Payment card and bank account details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on the PresenceWise website. Stripe may process information according to its own privacy and security practices.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, maintain business records, protect the website and business from misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Sharing
PresenceWise does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the business, such as hosting, email, analytics, payment, or professional-service providers, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, business recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
