Hi, I’m Rick.
I’ve spent more than two decades working where technology, operations, security, product, and people meet.
My career has included technology leadership and hands-on work across high-growth companies, public service, cybersecurity, business systems, and emerging products. Different environments, but the same lesson kept showing up: the best technology is rarely the most complicated. It is the technology that fits the work.
I created PresenceWise to bring that kind of judgment directly to organizations that need something built, improved, clarified, or supported — without layers of account management between the problem and the person actually solving it.
The goal is not to sell more technology. It is to make the right technology feel obvious, useful, and manageable.
